Books Description:
This book is about a 'modern' princess in 'once upon a time' story. One day a fairy Godmother turned up in front of the modern princess and instead offering her wishes or conjuring some gifts to her, she gave her a rubber toy frog. By writing down the qualities of her dreamed Night of Armor and tucked it into the frog belly, the princess was soon learned to be more realistic and truth to herself in finding a proper suitor...
Personal Comments
I would think this is a good book for teaching little girls some practical moral values. The story brings the kids to reality, that they should go for any opportunity or create their own changes of success by not waiting for it to come to themselves. Unfortunately, it's not the book of my liking, I prefer something more elaborate with a lot of twist and turn of storyline.
I definitely will recommend this book to my girl and her friends, I know she would like it since it has been similar to what she told me before, with her incredibly imaginative but illogical princess stories.
My girl will definitely score this book 4 out of 5 stars, but to me I gave it 2 stars.
